A local home builder rates high with consumers, catching the eye of a surveying company that ranks businesses across the country.

Ruiz homes earned top prize with avid ratings, a company that surveys home buyer.

They awarded Ruiz Homes with the Avid Diamond Award signifying best builder in America in customer satisfaction in the home building industry.
