96 Soldiers back in El Paso for deployment overseas

96 soldiers brought to Laredo to spend time with their families are once again back in El Paso.
Loved ones gathered at the Texas National Guard Armory yesterday to say farewell to the soldiers.
Mayor Raul Salinas and Sheriff Martin Cuellar were also in attendance.
Yesterday they told pro 8 news they were amazed with the community's support when it came to finding a way to bring all 96 soldiers home to Laredo.

“Some people like their soldiers but in Laredo we love our soldiers to be able to raise the money in 24 hours it says a lot.”

“I’m very proud I don’t have words to express what I think about these great men and women.”
The soldiers will now prepare for deployment overseas.
