A Laredo teenager has now been crowned Miss Texas Teen USA 2010.
Chelsea Morgensen of Laredo was given her crown in Houston only a short while ago ... After competing in the Miss Texas Teen preliminaries yesterday.
She is only the second Laredoans to be chosen as miss Texas Teen USA.
Morgansen competed for a chance at the crown here in Laredo only a few months ago.
She will now begin traveling back to Laredo from Houston with her crown.
