Police looking for second murder victim's next-of-kin

Police are looking for the family members of Laredo’s second murder victim of the year.

The 62-year-old victim was found dead on the steps at Bruni Plaza.

Police investigated the scene and collected evidence.

The cause of death is still currently under investigation; police are trying to track the victim's next-of-kin.
