We're learning more about the case of a former Laredo firefighter originally indicted on charges of aggravated sexual assault of a child. He may now be facing no jail time. 39-year-old Luis Rolando Garcia pled guilty in court to charges of a lesser crime: indecency with a child by exposure. This after he and his attorneys struck a plea bargain with the prosecution. Officials tell us the convicted offender was not only a firefighter, but a nurse practitioner as well.
