Laredo will soon have a brand new recreation center geared towards people with special needs or a physical handicap.
Construction on the Haynes recreation center began last year and is expected to be complete by late August or early September.
The facility, located on Clark Street near Loop Twenty will be the largest recreation center in Laredo and will offer programs for people with special needs.
The recreation center will also have a swimming pool.
