The City of Laredo is inviting the public to its second annual spring break kite festival.
Families are invited to bring their kids, kites and picnics to the festival.
Plenty of healthy snacks will be provided and many kites will be given away.
The festival is Wednesday march 17th from 3 to 7 in the evening at north central park on international.
Prizes will be awarded to the best homemade kites.
