Accident causes traffic back-up at World Trade Bridge

Traffic was backed up at the World Trade Bridge Monday afternoon after a tractor trailer overturned. According to officials with the Fire Department, the weight in the trailer shifted to one side, causing the trailer to turn over. The Fire Department responded and was able to prevent the fuel spilling from the truck from reaching the storm drain system. The driver of the tractor trailer was taken to the hospital in stable condition with a broken arm.
