Bird lovers came together at La Posada tonight to kick off the Laredo Birding Festival.
Laredoans were invited to a meet and greet with the local members of the Rio Grande International Study Center.
For the next three days bird watchers will be taken to workshops and excursions.
One bird watcher shared why he likes the hobby so much.
