Bluntson Expected Back In Court

The man accused of the shooting deaths of two children is scheduled to be back in court tomorrow morning.
And as the hearings continue for Demond Bluntson the district attorney is building a case against him is expecting lots of people to be watching closely.
It may be a while before the public hears specific details of the holiday inn shooting case.
Prosecutors expect it to be at least a year before he goes to trial.
he's facing capital murder charges for the deaths of two children and accused of shooting at one police officer and assaulting another earlier this year.
And demond bluntson the suspect in the case is once again scheduled to be back in court for a hearing friday.
A case the district attorney says is running on schedule.
“Whats not normal is this type of case we don't see these cases so often. It's a delicate and important case. the state was careful in putting together charges.”
Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty.
No arraignment date is set yet.
But the DA. says the suspect already knows what he's facing.
“He hasn’t been formally arraigned. Attorneys have gotten copies and Mr. Bluntson is aware of what he's charged with.”
As Bluntson prepares for another hearing to get the court up to date on the case the d-a says he's preparing every detail for a trail that will garner lots of interest.
“Just like the Arredondo case its a historical case the impact on our society is great.”
We did speak with Bluntsons' attorney Hugo Martinez, who preferred to speak about the case after tomorrow's hearing.
