Opening statements were heard in the case of a Border Patrol Agent accused of domestic violence.
The wife of Jose Molina took the stand and described the night the alleged domestic violence took place.
He is accused of threatening his wife back in September of 2011.
He’s facing charges of family violence, assault and terroristic threats.
Border Patrol Officials say Molina has been placed on administrative duties pending the outcome of the trial.
