Border Patrol rescue illegal immigrant with broken ankle

Agents rescue a woman injured while crossing the border illegally.
The rescue happened Sunday morning, west of I-35 near Mile Marker 15.
The undocumented immigrant called 911 via cell phone saying she was lost, could no longer walk, and needed help.
The Search-And-Rescue team and a CBP helicopter were sent out to search for the woman.
The woman was taken to a local hospital with a broken ankle.
She was treated and released.
