Brownsville man arrested for indecency with a child

Police are called to the scene of a man trying to grope a young woman.

Thirty five year old Juan Pablo Rios was arrested for indecency with a child sexual contact.

The call came in overnight from la hacienda motor hotel.

Police say Rios is from Brownsville.

No other details are being provided.
