Two famous chefs are in Laredo, cooking for local heroes.
Chef Aquiles Chavez and celebrity chef Aaron Sanchez, known for several shows on the food network, including “Chopped,” were in Laredo on Thursday, filming for a new cooking show.
They stopped at a fire station to spend some time cooking with Laredo firefighters.
Chavez is known across Mexico for his show “El Toque de Aquiles.”
Laredo is just one of the stops for the two chefs, who are currently traveling across the country.
