It’s a case of child endangerment after a child is left in a vehicle alone for two hours.
Zenaida Moreno, 18, and Ana Moreno, 25, were arrested for abandoning and endangering a child with the intent to return.
According to police a concerned citizen saw the child in the car in the 800 block of New York Avenue around 7 pm last night.
The caller told police he believed the two women were inside a nail salon, near his place of work.
He says he spotted the child before going on his dinner break, but returned to work only to see the child still in the vehicle.
Police arrived on the scene and arrested the two women.
