Police arrest a woman after her children are found wandering in the street.
Forty-year-old Daphne Boahn was arrested on 3 counts of endangering a child.
Her three kids were found running in the street around nine Wednesday morning at the intersection of North Arkansas and Ash.
A good Samaritan called police saying the kids were alone.
That person ended up staying with the children until authorities arrived.
The mother was then later located and arrested.
The kids were not hurt.
