City Councilman's Plan To Regulate Business

Residents near a local night spot are upset tonight that the customers that go to bars near an elementary school are causing amok in their neighborhood; and after city council allowed one of the bars to continue to operate another one is allegedly providing alcohol to minors.
Our Orlando Garza spoke with the city councilman for that district and tells us about his plans to help regulate business in residential areas.
