Closing arguments Thursday for kidnapping case

Three men facing kidnapping charges are back in the custody of u.s. marshals.

The men were picked up in different parts of the city wednesday morning.

Twenty-three-year-old Abraham Linares, 48-year-old Romeo Hinojosa and 27-year-old Carlos Zambrano, are back in custody, picked up by the U.S. Marshals.

The three men are on trial for kidnapping in May of last year.

The judge in the case ordered warrants for their arrests and marshals were able to apprehend them hours later.

They are facing charges of aggravated kidnapping and engaging in organized criminal activity.

Zambrano is also facing an additional charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Closing arguments are expected to begin Thursday.
