Commissioner Continues Tradition of Giving Toys to Kids

A Webb County Commissioner continues a tradition of giving during the holidays, which he started eight years ago. Commissioner Frank Sciaraffa and his staff handed out more than 1,500 toys to Head Start Kids. It was part of the 8th Annual Christmas Party at the Lake Casa Blanca Ballroom. During his eight-year tenure, Commissioner Sciaraffa has worked to secure funding for the kids in the Head Start Program. This party is just one more way to encourage the kids to keep on the right track.
