Customs and Border Protection agents keep almost two million dollars worth of meth and heroin off the streets. Agents made three separate seizures, the first happening at the Columbia Solidarity Bridge this weekend. There, agents stopped a 44-year-old man from San Antonio from bringing in 12 packages of meth weighing in at 29 pounds. The value of the drugs was almost $930,000. The second seizure happened at the Lincoln Juarez Bridge where a man from Nuevo Leon, Mexico was trying to bring in liquid meth, worth about $160,000. The last seizure happened at the Gateway to the Americas Bridge where a man from Illinois was trying to bring in $96,000 worth of heroin. All of the suspects were turned over to Homeland Security Investigations for further investigation.
