Take in the beautiful border scenery from the river that parts both Laredos. Rio Fest will be holding an 8-mile kayaking race starting at McNaboe Park on Saturday, October 20. The registration fee is $30 per participant. You can pre-register on site Saturday morning, or over the phone at 236-4985.
