Petco is inviting everyone to celebrate Halloween with the whole family, including your four-legged children. Their big Howl-o-ween event will be held Saturday, October 20, at the Petco North location next to HEB Plus starting at 12 noon. They will be taking pictures of pets, holding costume contests and giving away a lot of prizes. All they ask is for a donation to help out the local animal shelter by donating items to help care for these pets looking for owners.
