A man disguised as the devil robs a local convenience store.
It happened shortly before six Monday morning at the Stripes store in the 1700 block of Arkansas Avenue; that's where a man wearing a white shirt, blue jeans and a devil mask went in, pointing a gun wrapped in a towel at the clerk.
The thief ordered him to open the register and place it on the counter. The suspect grabbed the drawer and a lighter and ran out of the store.
He got away with $120 in cash.
The suspect was seen running east on Galveston Street.
