While times are tough, for many maintaining your job is a must. Today a story about two workers allegedly forced out of their job after a new company takes over. It's a story you will only see here on KGNS. James Johnson has more, James.
Workforce Solutions For South Texas is under new management the workforce board hired a new company to manage it. After the new company took over however things began to change.
Workforce Solutions For South Texas is a local organization that provides services focused to increase economic development. Every few years the workforce board will hire outside companies to manage the service center. The contract with their current company was ending, so they hired C2 Global to take over and once this happened employees were left shaking their heads.

Mrs. Jimenez and Rodriguez who didn't want to show their faces were employees of Workforce Solutions, they were aware of the new company taking over and were told as far as their job was concerned they had nothing to worry about.

According to Mrs. Jimenez that wasn't the case at all, in fact the new company C2 Global would try and have them sign an offer letter stating they were to be paid four dollars less then what they were originally being paid. Unhappy with what was going on Jimenez and Rodriguez would try and contact their HR director for answers.
[cg:newsuper\a. Jimenez\forced to resign] 08:56:17:22 "they said our job is replaceable anybody can do our job for less pay.
After going back and forth with emails and talking to their program director they were still unable to come to a resolution leaving them no choice but to talk to the board. The same board that hired C2 global. The board didn't offer any help in the matter either leaving them no choice but to resign.

Now we tried to reach out to Workforce Solutions and C2 Global and they were both unavailable for comment. As for Mrs. Jimenez and Rodriguez they are currently in the process of finding a lawyer to hear their case. For KGNS, I’m James Johnson.
