It's a special honor for Webb county, as justices from the Texas Fourth Court of Appeals comes into Laredo to hear cases.
The panel of seven justices met at the Webb County courthouse today and heard evidence in two cases.
The first a sexual abuse case out of Jim Hogg county, and the second an oil and gas dispute involving Laredo residents.
The justices come every year.
They tell us Webb is the second largest county to send cases to the Fourth Court of Appeals.
The Fourth Court of Appeals has been visiting Laredo since 1993.
