Frequent Customer Accused of Robbing Gas Station

By KGNS News

An alleged robber is caught after an employee at a local gas station helps identify the suspect.

Police say an employee helped identify 27-year-old Leon Miguel Arevalo.

He's accused of going in a Valero with his face concealed and carrying a kitchen knife then demanding money.

He got away with $50 and come cigarettes.

But police say an employee recognized his voice and some of his tattoos and says the man actually frequents the gas station.

She even says he had visited earlier the same day.

Arevalo now faces aggravated robbery charges.
