Navidad En El Barrio is raising money for a good cause today.
The organization is raising money to purchase Christmas toys for around 2,500 kids.
It's the 7th year they have a bowling fundraiser where teams competed for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prizes.
The money raised will help bye toys for UISD and LISD students picked by school counselors from each school district.
Participants at the event say it’s a good way to give back to the community.
Every year Navidad En El Barrio starts off with no funds and raises $60,000.
