Over at Gold’s Gym, they are hosting a 12-week challenge for anyone interested in losing weight and eating right. The challenge will consist of diet and exercise, that if kept up, would help you meet your goal. Today was the initial weigh-in for those who have already signed up.
Oscar Saucedo, Gold's Gym Fitness Manager, says, "I think our number one goal is for the challenge to make sure all these people stick to it for all 12 weeks, because the longer you stick to it the more results you get."
