HEB Healthy Cooking Connections: 3/11/13 Teriyaki Pasta

Teriyaki Pasta Stir Fry
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
½ lb of your choice of protein: Beef Shrimp or Chicken
½ jar Cookwell and Company Teriyaki Glaze
3 to 4 tbsp of Adam’s Reserve Teriyaki Ginger Rub
1 lb of angel hair pasta
1 cup diced carrots
1 cup diced broccoli
1 cup sliced cabbage
1 tablespoon sesame oil
· Bring a pot of salted water to boil and cook pasta al dente. Dice your protein and season with ginger rub and sesame oil. Heat your skillet to high heat.
· Stir fry your meat until golden brown. Add in your vegetables and stir fry for another minute. Add glaze and allow to simmer for one more minute.
· Fold in your cooked pasta and enjoy!
