State troopers close off parts of Interstate 35 Saturday, after a major collision resulting in a fatality.

Troopers tell us a chevy suburban crashed head on with a tractor trailer.
The driver of the chevy was headed south when he swirved into the shoulder, then into the north bound lane causing the collision with that trailer.
An emergency helicopter was sent out the scene.
The man behind the wheel of the chevy taken to Dr’s Hospital where he later died.
Officials say the victim is from Cotulla, but they have not released his name until his next of kin is notified
The driver and passenger of that 18-wheeler we are told are from Mexico.
Their injuries are reported minor.
