A back to school bash announced on Facebook gives Laredo Police a heads up to minors consuming alcohol.
It happened Friday, right before eleven PM at the La Hacienda Reception Hall.
According to police they had several reports that minors were there consuming alcohol.
Police then investigated and found that there were in fact minors drinking underage. They teens were cited.
26-year-old James Penecale interfered with police duties while police were trying to figure out who was responsible for supplying the alcohol.
He was arrested and taken to Webb County Jail.
