LCC building dedicated to Carlos Jose de Llano

A building on the Laredo Community College campus has a new name.
Leaders from the school joined the family of Carlos Jose de Llano for a dedication ceremony.
In appreciation for the building's naming the de Llano family presented a gift of $200,000 to the college.
