Laredo Farmer's Market continues to grow

Fresh fruit, hand-picked vegetables, and hand made products, all items that you can find on any given month at the Laredo Farmer's Market. Organizers with Laredo Main Street say their monthly event has grown from just a few vendors to several dozen.
The Farmer's Market happens on the third Saturday of each month, and offers something for everyone.
"We try to bring as many local vendors together, produce, natural organic soaps and eco-friendly cleaners. So, people come out, there's music, we have demonstrations, like yoga demonstrations. We want to show people a healthier active lifestyle." Says Marissa Lautfer, the Farmer's Market manager.
February's Market is being held on the 16th, from 9:00am to Noon at Jarvis Plaza.
