When people think of a famous u-f-o crash... Roswell, New Mexico might come to mind. But did you know that an alien vehicle crash was reported here in the Laredo area just a few years later. No one knows if they're real, but in 1978, a former naval photographer released a series of photographs. He claims they show the charred remains of a head and torso of an alien being. The story goes that photos were taken in 1948 after the extraterrestrials aircraft went down in Mexico. The charred remains then brought here in Laredo to document the 90-foot diameter flying saucer and pilot. Some new information has just come out this week where the government is releasing documents that include the location of area 51. But does that mean there could possibly be aliens? James Johnson has more, James. With this new information coming out it's the first time the government has official acknowledged the fact this facility exists. And according to a researcher I talked to this is big for the UFO community. Its like some thing out of the movies...the government shed some light on an age old mystery on Thursday releasing documents that officially acknowledge the existence and location of area 51. Considered the worst kept secret...according to Noe Torres a UFO investigator this is big for the UFO community.
[cg:newsuper\noe torres\ufo investigator] 20:05:43:28 this is huge 20:02:21:26 it was the worst kept secret on earth because there was plenty of people coming forward and talking about it.
Author of fallen angel, Noe Torres wrote a book about a ufo crash that happened on July 7, 1948 where military aircraft chased a fast moving silver disc across Texas before it crashed about 30 miles southwest of Laredo.
[cg:newsuper\noe torres\ufo investigator] 20:08:53:09 I feel this crash near Laredo has good supporting evidence 20:10:46:12 it is one of the few crash retrieve cases where an eye witness describes seeing humanoid bodies be operated on.
According to Torres this is just one of the cases to happen in Laredo... he says Laredo is a hot spot when it comes to ufo activity. Just recently there have been a lot of cases coming out of Cotulla and the oil fields where many people have reported seeing suspicious things happening in the skies.
[cg:newsuper\noe torres\ufo investigator] 20:18:30:15 there’s a great deal of interest especially in the oil fields The Texas skies seem to be an extraterestrial highway...so look at the sky and maybe, just maybe... you might catch a glimpse of a UFO. Noe Torres has wrote other books about UFO's and hold conference here in Laredo. There’s one happening next year...as for the date and where we'll keep you posted. For KGNS, Im James Johnson.
