Local religious leaders react to the naming of Pope Francis the First

Catholics all over the world are celebrating the naming of a new leader to the Church.
Pope Francis the First was named before hundreds of thousands of onlookers at St. Peter's Square at the Vatican on Wednesday.
Meanwhile, in Laredo, Bishop James Tamayo and other leaders within the Church are excited about the new beginning.
