Man Arrested on Charges of Indecency with a Child

A man is arrested for allegedly molesting an 8-year-old girl over the weekend.
The incident in question allegedly happened on Saturday.
Police said there was a gathering at 60-year-old Raul Arriaga’s house and that there was drinking involved.
The victim said she had been sexually abused by a person she knew.
Arriaga was arrested on charges of indecency with a child by sexual contact.
Police told us the case is being investigated and that more charges may be pending.
