A resident of Hebbronville has been arrested for allegedly running over a woman with his vehicle.
Police say 42 year old Michael W. La Flamme had cocaine and morphine in his system on November 3rd of last year the day he allegedly hit and severely injured a woman walking on Malinche and Garden Street.
The woman was flown to a San Antonio hospital and was listed in critical condition at time. The driver never stopped to render aid. Police say it's not the first time he has been arrested. This is his twenty-second time.
He was taken to jail on a 75 thousand dollar bond for one count of intoxicated assault.
