A 22 year old man has been arrested for allegedly striking a child on the back of the head.
Police arrested Joe Albert Medellin yesterday evening after the child's parent called police saying Medellin has hit the child and left the home on foot.
Officers arrived at the house in the Cuatro Vientos subdivision and discovered the child had a bump on the back of the head. They later found Medellin and arrested him for injury to a child.
