A 77 year old man has been handcuffed and taken into custody accused of putting two small children in danger.
Police say the little girls are only one and two years old. They were both found alone and barefoot at the intersection of Olive and Tilden by a man who called police and tried looking for the parents of the children.
Police arrived and later found Miguel Herrera who officers say was supposed to be watching the girls. He's now being charged with abandoning or endangering a child criminal negligence.
