Police say a Border Patrol Agent has now been arrested on charges of deadly conduct in connection with shots fired at an apartment complex.
22 year old Anthony Michael Martinez was arrested for discharging a firearm in an apartment complex in the 91 hundred block of McPherson.
Authorities say Martinez allegedly fired the weapon in April leaving a hole in the door of an adjacent apartment.
No one was hurt. Officers responding said the person responsible had fled the scene. Martinez was later arrested. It's not clear why the weapon was fired.
