More charges for the man who held law enforcement at bay during a stand off this past Friday
29 year old Ruben Arce will be facing a multitude of new charges after he fled the 111th court last week where he was found guilty and sentenced to 55 years in prison.
Arce is now charged with three counts of unlawful restraint 3 counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and one count of possession of a fire arm.
These charges stem from an incident on Friday where he allegedly held several people hostage at a residence in El Cenizo which later became a stand off which lasted for several hours
He eventually surrendered to law enforcement without incident. Arce is reportedly a member of the Mexican Mafia who was originally featured on Pro 8 News' manhunt Friday earlier that day.
