More narcotic seizures in the gateway city. Customs and border patrol reported over two tons of marijuana seized at the world trade bridge in the past ten days. Just this Thursday into the port of entry, more than two thousand pounds of pot found in a tractor trailer with a commercial shipment of Persian limes. Three hundred bundles were seized there. Then earlier in the week one thousand pounds of pot arriving in a shipment of metal pails. That load discovered after agents got a closer look inside the tractor trailer at secondary inspection and still two other loads in this period as well totaling 2 hundred pounds of pot in separate shipments of brass and iron lamps ready for import into the country.
