The Webb County Sheriff's Office, United Day School and Krispy Kreme have joined forces to collect teddy bears for children who are going through a difficult time. They will be collecting bear donations at an event coming up on Wednesday, Oct. 24. Children are encouraged to go in costume to Krispy Kreme on 6627 San Dario Avenue, from 5:00 - 8:00 PM to decorate donuts, take a tour of Krispy Kreme and participate in the costume contest. All the family is invited. Bear donations will be welcomed.
