In anticipation of the Laredo Birding Festival, an event expected to draw 'birders' from across the country, artists are invited to capture the beauty of our local bird population for a citywide art contest. Anyone can enter in their respective category: K-5, 6-12, Collegiate level, and community. The deadline is Friday, January 25, 2013. For information on the contest guidelines, call (956) 718-1063.
