Webb County's 'Safe Haven' program, is planning a big event, Noche de Niños, to raise funds to continue providing help to children going through a difficult time in their lives. Keynote Speaker is Asst. Coach of the Trail Blazers, Kaleb Canales. The event is scheduled for Wednesday, August 15, at the Monte Carlo Reception Hall from 6-9 PM. Tickets are $125 each.
