Leave your mark! Calling all artists, the Laredo City Health Department is holding an ongoing art contest to help raise HIV awareness.
The theme for this art contest is 'HIV Education and Awareness' and artists can enter individually or in a group. Submissions are allowed until October 5, 2012. The winner's artwork will then be painted as a mural in North Central park to raise HIV awareness.
