Morning House Fire

A few residents in West Laredo woke up to the sight and smell of smoke. First responders arrived at the 4300 block of Sanders where a house fire broke out around 7 AM. Smoke was seen escaping from the residence as fire crews quickly worked o put out the flames. No injuries have been reported, but the structure did sustain some damage. The house is located behind a business in that area. An investigation is now underway.
