Mother Arrested for Driving Intoxicated with Baby

A woman is arrested while making a beer run with a baby in her pick-up truck.
Leticia Ruiz, 26, pulled up into the express lane beer run at highway 83 and Ligarde Street at around 7 p.m. Sunday.
Employees noticed she was highly intoxicated with a baby in the vehicle.
They called police and stalled her until officers arrived.
She was arrested for endangering a child.
