Police arrest a man for being naked on the street near a South Laredo restaurant. An off-duty officer spotted 63 year old David Peralez exposing himself at a fast food restaurant near Zapata Highway and Sierra Vista. The off-duty officer followed the man and let police know where he was. Police say Peralez completely exposed himself and was committing a lewd act. He was arrested for indecent exposure. He is said to have been extremely intoxicated and incoherent.
