New Way to Neuter Pets In Laredo

Laps tries to find new ways to fund their animal shelter on the city's west side the organization is also working to find new ways to decrease an ever growing stray pet population.
The Laredo Animal Protective Society turned its focus to male dogs and a special sterilization process that costs a fraction of neutering.
It's called Zeutering, it's a new process where they sterilize the dogs testicles stopping reproduction.
